Wonderful Thermal Experience
friendly staff fresh food beautiful garden
I found the staff very attentive. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard. The food is cooked fresh and includes plenty of choice. The hotel gardens are beautiful and the resident cats are a treat. I especially loved the thermal pools and spa services. The outdoor thermal pool felt particularly rejuvenating in the cool breeze.

The Beautiful Room was spacious and elegantly decorated. It included modern conveniences. The king-size bed was comfortable and offered a restful sleep each night. The bathroom featured both a large bathtub and a rainfall shower.

The hotel features several pools. I enjoyed the indoor and outdoor options, which are open until 11 PM. The main spa is fantastic and includes really hot jacuzzis. There are also sauna and steam rooms available. Turkish baths, for complete relaxation.

The breakfast buffet offers an extensive selection of items. There are two restaurants with lovely food available. Bar snacks are also great. I thoroughly enjoyed the dining options. The hotel prioritizes customer satisfaction, so I will definitely visit again.

Wonderful stay, professional staff
king size bed soft towels excellent restaurant
My room was very clean. The king size bed was excellent. The bathroom included gentle toiletries and soft towels. Free wifi worked perfectly in the room and throughout the hotel. The pools and the sauna were also excellent. The restaurants and cafes were varied (i especially liked the dessert options!).
The music from outside the hotel was loud every night. This caused interrupted sleep. They should call the cops for this more often.

The hotel features a tennis court, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. All are well kept and accessible to guests. Several pools are available. They are open until late, at 11:00 p.m. daily, providing ample opportunity for relaxation.

The setting is serene, nestled amidst lush greenery in the Balçova region. This provides a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. The hotel is near many stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other restaurants (the area is very walkable!).

Breakfast service was of the highest quality. Tea was replenished without us needing to ask. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection. The restaurant is very clean.
